- Report a problem with a specific question: include the URL of the page (e.g.
/knm/exam/2001) and the question number. - Newsletter / update notifications: reply to the contact form and add 'subscribe' in the subject line.
We don't publish a contact email on the site to avoid spam scraping — the form is the only inbox path.
What we typically reply about
- Suggestions for new KNM or B1 practice exams
- Corrections to existing questions (factual errors)
- Bug reports (broken pages, wrong answers, typos)
We aim to reply within 3–5 business days. Dutch and English are both fine.
